Return and Exchange Policy Return and Exchange Policy Return Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after 3 days from receipt. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchange, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to exchange or return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he specified, except for products that have a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 3- The amount will be refunded after deducting the replacement fee within 7 days from the date the product is returned to the Marina store warehouse. 4- The fee related to the replacement process is 40 riyals. 5- Products that conflict with public health are not exchanged or returned (cosmetics) that contact the skin, due to the possibility of disease transmission when replacing or returning them. 6- Opened perfume is not returned or exchanged. Important note: If the product is delivered to the customer and a discrepancy with the order is found, he has the right to object within 24 hours of receiving the order from the shipping company, and we must be notified immediately. After this period, he has no right. In case of defects or errors, the Marina store bears the costs. 5- The fee related to the return shipping process is 38 riyals. 6- The amount will be refunded after deducting the return fee within 7 days from the date the product is returned to the Marina store warehouse.
